By booking with Impulse Detailing or using our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
Impulse Detailing is a mobile auto detailing service operating throughout Plano and the greater North Dallas region. We come to you and perform our services at the location you provide at the time of booking.
We offer four core packages — Essential ($100), Signature ($225), Protection ($449), and Ultimate ($699) — along with optional add-ons including Engine Bay, Headlight Restoration, Tire & Trim Dressing, Odor Elimination, Pet Hair Removal, Ceramic Spray Sealant, Clay Bar Treatment, and Leather Conditioning. The exact services included in your appointment are determined by the package and add-ons selected at booking.
We reserve the right to decline or modify a service if, upon arrival, the vehicle's condition requires significantly more time or materials than the selected package covers. In those cases, we'll discuss the options with you before any work begins.
2. Booking
Appointments can be booked through our online Tally form, by phone, or by email. Your appointment is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us. Please provide accurate vehicle information (make, model, size, and condition) when booking so we can allocate the right amount of time and materials.
Because we are a mobile service, you agree to provide safe, legal, and accessible parking for your vehicle at the scheduled location, along with access to the vehicle for any interior work. We may require access to a water source or power outlet for certain services — if this isn't available at your location, please let us know in advance.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of the job. We currently accept cash and Cash App, with Square card payments coming soon. Pricing is based on the package and add-ons selected.
Please note that pricing may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle upon arrival. Vehicles that are excessively dirty or require extra time and materials (heavy mud, sand, pet hair, biohazards, or similar) may incur an additional charge. We will always communicate any price adjustment with you before starting the work.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another customer. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time (no-show), may affect your ability to book future appointments.
As a mobile service, we may also need to reschedule due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control. If that happens, we'll notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available time.
5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
By booking with us, you acknowledge that your vehicle may have pre-existing conditions such as scratches, swirl marks, chips, stains, fading, dents, worn trim, or mechanical issues. Impulse Detailing is not responsible for damage that existed prior to our service.
We are not liable for issues arising from previously damaged, modified, or aftermarket components, loose or brittle trim and plastics, faulty clear coat, or any part of the vehicle not in sound, factory condition. We recommend that you inspect your vehicle with us both before and after the service.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. Impulse Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle during service.
7. Liability
Impulse Detailing treats every vehicle with professional care and uses safe, appropriate products and methods for each surface. In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our service, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided for that appointment. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any concerns or claims regarding the service must be brought to our attention before we leave the service location, or within 24 hours of completion, so we have the opportunity to inspect and address them.
8. Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something doesn't meet your expectations, let us know right away — before we leave or within 24 hours — and we'll do our best to make it right.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. By booking a service with Impulse Detailing, you agree to the terms in effect at the time of your appointment.
